 Hola! I hope you all had an amazing Christmas. This email is going to be pretty short because I don't have a lot of time and not to much happened this week.  Elder Gonzales got bit by a dog and then the hospital gave him a tetnis shot instead of rabbies. That will be interesting.  We had ribs for dinner that was good.  We were given even more sugar cane.  We saw a place that just had 20 whole pigs over a fire that was cool.  Got to paint a house And we watched polar express that was awesome.  And my companion left so I'm in a trio now.  Anyways thats all for my email. Buenos días a todos! Esperamos que ustedes estén muy bien y estén disfrutando esta tiempo de navidad. This week was an interesting week cause a ton happened which made it so not a ton happened. It started out on Monday night when we decided to buy a domino table. This was the best decision we've ever made. We've played dominos every lunch and night and it's been great. Then we had zone conference on Wednesday and this was a lot fun and very spiritually enlightening. We did a gift exchange time thing which was a lot of fun although my gift was thankyou notes from a hermana so not too useful for me. I did get a sweet pen that has a level and screwdriver tho. We also had a ton of really good food so that was awesome. Then nothing really happened till Friday where we had the Christmas party for the Rama and boy Dominicans know how to party. Buenos días a todos! Como esta todo? Esperamos que todo este bien con ustedes y sus familias! This week was a great week. We had the baptism of Luxemil on Saturday which was amazing. It is amazing how the Lord will put the people that are ready in your path as long as you are working hard. I remeber about 2 months ago when we found Luxemil. We were walking up a road trying to find people. He was sitting in the side if the road and week walked past him. We then felt prompted to turn around and talk. We ended up giving a Book of Mormon to him and later that night he texted us saying that he had read some of it. He baptism all with a breif promotkng to turn around. I often wonder what would have happened if we had choosen to not turn around. Would the Lord have given us a second chance or would he put the responsibility in to the hands of future missionaries. I'm so thankful for the opportunity we had to teach and baptize Luxemil.     That was definitely the main highlight o...

Hola! This week was a pretty good week and so that was awesome. On Monday i got a new hat which is awesome. A few week ago I saw our neighboors wearing this hat and I'm like I got to get one of those so I asked him where he bought it and then he told me, don't you worry I'll bring you one and he did. Dominicans are the nicest people. That was a highlight of this week for sure. I've come to love the Dominican people. They are some of the nicest people on the planet. At the same time our other neighbor's kids loveeee to harass us which is really funny cause they're like 6 and they're just calling us fat and other funny names.
