Week 68
Hola! Como estan? The last two weeks have been pretty eventful.
I should probably start with our friend Yacleys. A new memeber name Hermana Ofelia told us last Wednesday that she has a friend that would like to have visits. We quickly got to know Yacleys. We invited her to church and she came! After teaching 2 more lessons she came to church again and then decided that she wanted to be baptized! I have never see someone progress so quickly.
We aslo got to meet a guy named Richard who also is super amazing. He wants to spend every second reading the scriptures and studying. I am shocked because every time i think there are no more people to be found people come out of nowhere.
We visited the united states which was awesome. For pday we decided to go to the US embassy which was fun.
We had the primary program yesterday and it was so amazing
We got to go to the templeeee. Our appointment was for at 8am but me and my comp decided to get there at 6:45 and it was so quiet and peaceful and amazing.
We met a guy who studied the French Horn and apparently is super good. We met him becuase he was playing the accordion In the park.
We had another lesson with Elder Cordón and it was super cool to see his testimony and knowledge of the scriptures.
We had two exchanges this week which was super fun.
Also transfers are this week but we're pretty sure that nothing is changing and so I should get to stay one more here.
Anyways this week we had a group of people from Trinidad visit the temple. It is amazing the sacrifices that they make so they can visit the house of the lord. If you live close i invite you to take advantage of it and visit the temple when possible.
Love Elder Greer!
