Hola buen dia! I know it's been a while since i wrote but its been busy so its okay, a ton of changes have happened so this might be interesting.   I got transferred! It was super sad leaving Las matas de Farfán because i literally knew the entire town but im also super excited for this new area.   My new area is called Piantini and it is the complete opposite of Las matas, it is deep capital and the richest area on the mission, our ward is also crazy, it has 4 american families including our bishop, they're all here to work at the embassy.   Most of the americans here dont speak very much spanish and so i get to translate everything, the first time it was really rough and i felt super bad for the people listening but i think it is getting better.   We also have the temple in our area so that is super awesome.   Hola! Buenos días mis amigos! How are you doing! I apologize for the lack of letters it has been a busy few weeks!  - On Saturday our dear friend rubens was taken by the Guardia( border control) to Haiti. This is extremely difficult for him and we are not sure how he will get back. If you could all pray for him we would appreciate it.  - the work here has been going super well, we had 4 baptisms the last 3 weeks and it has been extremely humbling to see the lord's hand in them. I know that if not for many miracles they wouldn't have happened  - i hit a year-- that was cool but it passed way too fast - i did an english fast this week as it was honestly so fun.  - for our pday last week we went to a super tiny town called banica, it's right next to the Haitian border and we went and found some caves with a statue of some catholic saint. That was cool. We also saw haiti and it really is brown on their side and green on the other.  - it's been super hot here ...
